1.25oz Cook’s Mill Whiskey
.75oz Tawny Port
.25oz Cynar
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz brown simple syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes of Fee Brothers old fashioned bitters
Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard. Strain into the small side of the shaker, discard ice and dry shake hard. (reverse dry shake) Double strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange wedge skewered with a brandied cherry.
